How do we make them?

Step 1 After receiving your order, your design and lettering are merged together in the computer. |

Step 2 The design is then cut in the stencil with the plotter. |
 |
Step 3 The stencil is placed on the stone and the areas to be sandblasted are removed. |
 |
Step 4 The design is sandblasted into the stone. May be repeated for additional detail. |
 |
Step 5 A spray-in contrasting agent is sprayed in to the letters to help with contrast. |
 |
Step 6 The stencil is removed from the stone. The stone is then washed and readied for shipment. |
